Meadow in a Bag
Our Meadow in a Bag holds 41 species of 100% UK native wildflowers, already woven into a specially made, peat-free growing mix.
We’ve done the complicated bit, selecting, blending, and balancing every seed, so all you have to do is spread it out and let nature take over.
Expect colour from April to October, and a garden that hums with pollinators all summer long.

Key Species
Cowslip
Cowslips bloom early in April and May, providing vital nectar for bumblebees emerging from hibernation.
Oxeye Daisy
The classic meadow daisy. Cheerful, abundant, and easy to establish, oxeye daisies are loved by hoverflies and make a dazzling display from May through July.
Field Scabious
Tall, graceful, and a magnet for bees and butterflies, field scabious blooms from July to October, providing late-season colour and nectar.
Yellow Rattle
Often called the ‘meadow maker’, yellow rattle is semi-parasitic on grass roots, which is exactly what a healthy meadow needs. It keeps coarser grasses in check.
Meadow Crane's-bill
Stunning blue-violet flowers from June to September. It’s one of the most pollinator-friendly, a favourite of long-tongued bumblebees.
More Than a Garden Product
It is an easy way to turn bare, unused ground into a living wildflower space.
Each bag helps create a richer habitat for bees, butterflies and other pollinators. By planting even a small patch, you can support biodiversity right on your doorstep. It is a practical, beautiful step towards a more nature-friendly garden. And it starts with one bag, one patch, and one positive choice.
Our bigger mission is to help bring wildflowers back into everyday spaces. Gardens, verges and small corners of land all have the potential to support more life. By choosing Meadow in a Bag, you are joining a wider movement to restore colour, habitat and resilience to the places around us. Together, these small spaces can make a meaningful difference for local wildlife. It is gardening with purpose, designed to be simple, accessible and rewarding.
Because a wilder garden can be better for nature, and better for all of us.
