Because wildflowers are living, natural products, our guarantee covers more than manufacturing quality. We guarantee your Meadow in a Bag will arrive true to specification.
We also guarantee successful establishment, provided you follow the preparation, planting and aftercare steps supplied with your order. If your wildflowers fail to establish despite following those steps, please notify us within 1 month of noticing the problem and we'll put it right.
The guarantee does not cover losses caused by factors outside the supplied growing steps, for example drought, water-logging, incorrect ground preparation, pests, or neglect.
